Certificates of analysis
Purity is a claim until it is documented. Every sequence we stock is released against an independent HPLC and mass-spectrometry report, tied to the lot number on your vial.

How a batch is released
02 · HPLC purity
Reverse-phase HPLC measures purity as a main-peak area percentage. Nothing is released below 99.0%.
03 · Mass spectrometry
Observed molecular weight is confirmed against the theoretical sequence mass, so the vial holds what the label says.
04 · Cold-chain release
Released lots are held at 2–8 °C, then dispatched insulated with gel packs and a lot number printed on every vial.
Reading the report
A purity figure alone proves only that a vial is consistently something. Identity plus purity, tied to a lot number you can see on the label, is what makes a certificate useful.
- Compound & sequence
- The full amino-acid sequence, so identity can be confirmed independently.
- Lot / batch number
- Matches the number printed on your vial label — the key to requesting the right report.
- Purity (HPLC, area %)
- The main-peak percentage. Everything we release sits at 99% or above.
- Mass spec result
- Observed molecular weight against theoretical, agreeing within instrument tolerance.
- Appearance & solubility
- Lyophilised powder description plus reconstitution notes for bacteriostatic water.
- Test date & laboratory
- When the analysis ran, and which laboratory performed it.
