Cold chain
Every order ships in an insulated mailer with gel packs and a temperature indicator. Lyophilised peptides tolerate short ambient transit, but we still cool every shipment so material arrives exactly as it left our facility.
Returns & damaged vials
- Unopened vials with intact seals may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less return courier cost.
- Broken, cracked or visibly compromised vials are replaced free of charge. Send a photo of the vial and outer packaging to our WhatsApp concierge within 48 hours of delivery.
- Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned, for obvious sterility reasons.
- If an independent assay ever contradicts our certificate of analysis, we refund the full order and cover your testing cost.
Order cut-off
Orders placed before 16:00 GST ship the same day, Sunday to Friday. Weekend orders leave on the next working day.
