Terms of sale
The conditions that apply to every order placed with us. Plain language, no surprises at checkout.
1. Who we are

2. Research use only
All materials are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference use by qualified purchasers. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or medical devices and must not be used in humans or animals. Placing an order confirms you accept this restriction and will handle, store and dispose of the material lawfully.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and ordering in a professional research capacity. We may decline or cancel any order — including after payment — where intended use appears to fall outside research, and will refund in full where we do.
4. Prices and currency
Catalogue prices are held in AED. Where your local currency is shown, it is an indicative conversion for reference; the amount charged is the AED figure. Free delivery applies to orders over AED 500; below that, flat-rate cold-chain delivery is AED 30.
5. Payment
Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never receive or store your card details. Concierge orders placed over WhatsApp are confirmed by bank transfer or card link before dispatch.
6. Dispatch and delivery
In-stock orders confirmed before 2pm Gulf Standard Time are dispatched the same working day. Delivery estimates are indicative — once a parcel is with the courier, transit and customs timelines are outside our control. International buyers are responsible for import eligibility, duties and taxes.
7. Monthly resupply
Resupply plans bill monthly at the stated price until cancelled and ship on the same cold-chain schedule each month. You can cancel or change plan at any time from your resupply page; plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
8. Cancellations and returns
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Because cold-chain integrity cannot be verified once a parcel leaves us, opened or temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned. Unopened consumables may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.
9. Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the parcel and vials where relevant. Verified issues are replaced or refunded at our cost, including return freight.
10. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We accept no liability for loss arising from use of the material outside laboratory research, or from failure to store it as documented.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
