Privacy policy
What Peptides DXB collects, why we need it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
The details you give us to fulfil an order: name, email, phone number, delivery address, order contents and any notes you send us. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation history sits with your order.
What we never see
Card numbers, CVV codes and bank credentials. Card payments are processed entirely by our payment provider; we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last few digits for reconciliation.
How we use it
To pack and dispatch your order, keep you updated on its status, answer support questions, issue certificates against your lot numbers, and meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell your details or share them for third-party marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our courier (name, address, phone), our payment provider (amount and contact email), and our email or messaging provider for order notifications.
Discretion
Outer packaging is plain and unbranded, with no product names on the label. Nothing on your bank statement or courier tracking describes the contents.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years to meet UAE accounting requirements. Support conversations not tied to an order are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
Email support@dubaipeptideshub.com to see what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to retain. Marketing emails, if you opted in, have an unsubscribe link in every message.
Cookies
We store your cart, your chosen display currency and basic site preferences in your browser. We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.
